Privacy always refers to "personal data"

According to Article 4 p.1 of DSGVO, all data referring to a natural person and allowing them to be identified by one or more types of information such as names, identification numbers, an online identifier (eg. IP address), location data or other characteristics, is called “personal data.”

When you visit the website, we collect the following information:

1 Server log file

The pages you view pages are recorded in a web server log file and deleted after 14 days.

This entry contains the following information:

the IP address from which the web page was accessed

exactly which subpage(s) was/were accessed and if the access was successful

the size of the transferred file

the date and time the page was visited

if the page was accessed via a link, the source page is also recorded (HTTP Referer) if your browser sends this information

the web browser used for the access and the operating system used (user agent)

as well as, indirectly, the language transmitted by the web browser

The logging of your Web server access is done due to the legitimate interest of being able to detect and analyze attacks and problems on our website (DSGVO article 6 para (1)(f)).

2 Cookies

A temporary cookie (session cookie) is set when you visit our website.

This cookie is used for technical functions of the website, including, among other things, during order processing.

A cookie is a simple string that is stored in the Web browser. A session cookie it is only saved until the Web browser is closed.

Other cookies are set when the website is visited. This is done through Google Analytics (see more on this in Section 6: Google Analytics).

In general, the setting of cookies can be disabled in the Web browser and already existing cookies can be deleted.

3 Use of our order, subscription or contact forms

When using our forms on our website, the data transmission is voluntary (DSGVO article 6 para. (1)(a)).

Entries made in the form will be saved and internally forwarded by e-mail to the respective persons in our company and stored in case of follow-up questions or the initiation of a contract (DSGVO Article 6 para. (1) (b)).

In general, the emails are deleted after the fiscal deletion period of 10 years.

4 Disclosure of data

A transfer of personal data to third parties takes place only in the following cases:

if the disclosure is necessary for the fulfilment of a contract concluded with you (DSGVO Article 6 para. (1)(b)),

if you have given your express consent (DSGVO Article. 6 (1)(a)), or

if we are legally obliged to disclose the data (DSGVO Article. 6(1)(a)).

5 Do-Not-Track-Header

You can set the so-called do-not-track header in your Web browser. This is then transmitted every time you visit our website.

If you have set the Do Not Track header in your browser we will disable the inclusion of Google Analytics on our website, thereby preventing user analysis from taking place.

6 Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics for user analysis in order to continuously optimize the design of our offers and the website (DSGVO Article 6 para. (1)(f)).

If the Do Not Track header is set, Google Analytics will not be used on our site.

Google Analytics is a web analytics service provided by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043-1351, USA.

Web analysis is the collection and analysis of data about the behaviour of visitors to a website. Among other things, a web analysis service collects data on which website a person has visited (so-called referrers), which subpages of the website were accessed and how often, and for what length of time a subpage was viewed.

Google Analytics is configured to truncate and anonymize the visitors IP address

The purpose of the Google Analytics component is to analyze traffic flows on our website. Among other things, Google uses the data and information obtained to evaluate the use of our website, to compile for us online reports showing the activities on our website, and to provide other services related to the use of our website.

Google Analytics uses a cookie (see Section 2 Cookies) on the information technology system of the website visitor. By using this cookie Google is able to analyze the usage of our website. Each time one of the pages of our website is accessed by the controller and a Google Analytics component has been integrated, the Internet browser on the information technology system of the website visitor is automatically initiated by the respective Google Analytics component to submit data to Google for online analysis purposes. As part of this technical process, Google will be aware of personal data, such as the IP address of thewebsite visitor, which allows Google, among other things, to track the origin of the visitors and clicks, and to subsequently make commission settlements possible.

By means of the cookie, personal information, such as the access time, the place from which an access was carried out, and the frequency of visits to our website by the website visitor, are stored. Each time you visit our website, your personal information, including the IP address of the Internet connection you are using, is transferred to Google in the United States of America. This personal information is stored by Google in the United States of America. Google may transfer such personal data collected through the technical process to third parties.

The website visitor can prevent the setting of cookies through our website, as already mentioned above, at any time by means of a corresponding adjustment of the Internet browser used and thus permanently disable the setting of cookies. 7 Use of SalesViewer® technology

This website uses SalesViewer® technology from SalesViewer® GmbH on the basis of the website operator’s legitimate interests (Section 6 paragraph 1 lit.f GDPR) in order to collect and save data on marketing, market research and optimisation purposes.

In order to do this, a javascript based code, which serves to capture company-related data and according website usage. The data captured using this technology are encrypted in a non-retrievable one-way function (so-called hashing). The data is immediately pseudonymised and is not used to identify website visitors personally.

The data recording and storage can be repealed at any time with immediate effect for the future, by clicking on in order to prevent SalesViewer® from recording your data. In this case, an opt-out cookie for this website is saved on your device. If you delete the cookies in the browser, you will need to click on this link again.

In accordance with DSVGO Article 17, the deletion of your personal data stored by us is to be requested, unless the processing is for the exercise of the right to freedom of expression and/or information for the fulfilment of a legal obligation, for reasons of public interest, or for the assertion, exercise or defence of legal claims.

In accordance with GDPR Article 18,, to demand the restriction of the processing of your personal data, as far as the accuracy of the data is disputed by you, the processing is unlawful, but you refuse to delete it and we no longer need the data, but they need to assert, exercise or defend legal claims or have placed them in accordance with GDPR Article 21.
